1. Does AI PLAYER come with channels, and where can I obtain a playlist?

AI PLAYER does not include any pre-installed channels, nor do we provide information on where to obtain playlists or channels packages. We kindly remind users that AI PLAYER is designed as a platform, and the content you upload or watch is entirely your responsibility. Our team is not liable for the content streamed on AI PLAYER.

2. My MAC address changed after switching to a different connection type. What should I do?

Every TV has two unique MAC addresses—one for Wi-Fi and another for Ethernet. When you change your connection type and restart the AI PLAYER app, the second MAC address is automatically activated. Please note that these addresses are fixed and cannot be modified manually.

3. How can I get a refund for an unwanted MAC address when I accidentally made a payment for two different MAC addresses?

If you have accidentally made a payment for the wrong MAC address, don’t worry! You are eligible to reclaim the payment for the incorrect MAC within 7 days of the transaction. Please reach out to our support team for assistance.

4. Why can’t I start the AI PLAYER app?

The most common reason for this issue is an unstable or disconnected internet connection. Before contacting your provider, we kindly ask you to verify your internet connection. Many app issues are resolved by addressing connection problems rather than provider issues.

5. Does AI PLAYER support EPG (Electronic Program Guide) systems?

AI PLAYER does not have an integrated EPG system. However, if your service provider offers an EPG-READY system, it will work seamlessly with AI PLAYER, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of an EPG through the provider's system.

6. What should I do if I made a duplicate payment?

If your credit card was charged twice, please email us your MAC address, name, and the last four digits of your credit card. We will process the refund for the duplicate payment within one business day. We are here to help and ensure your experience is smooth.

7. Some of my content is not working. What could be the issue?

AI PLAYER does not interfere with the content you upload. If some of your videos are playing while others are not, the issue likely lies within your playlist or with your content provider. Please verify the content before contacting support.
