2. Application Overview The AI MEDIA PLAYER APP app is a media player software designed for use on Smart TVs, in future for Roku devices and Android devices. Please note that the application is delivered without any pre-existing content. AI MEDIA PLAYER APP does not provide, host, or distribute any content, and it is not responsible for any content accessed or used through the application.
3. Trial Period and Activation Upon installation, AI MEDIA PLAYER APP provides a 7-day free trial period during which you may test the app's features. The trial period is available on Smart TVs. The application must be activated using a valid MAC address and a URL, which are critical for the proper functioning of the application. Activation grants access to a subscription period for either one year, two years, or three years.
4. Content and Subscription AI MEDIA PLAYER APP is a media player and does not offer any content or subscriptions. The App is provided solely as a platform for playing media. AI MEDIA PLAYER APP disclaims any responsibility for the quality, interruptions, or availability of any third-party content used with the application. Additionally, AI MEDIA PLAYER APP does not provide any advertising, promotional content, or subscription services for third-party content providers.
5. Prohibited Usage Users are prohibited from using the application for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes. AI MEDIA PLAYER APP is not responsible for any content that is accessed or streamed via the App. If fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment information is detected, the MAC address associated with the device will be banned, and the corresponding IP address may be reported to the relevant authorities.
